We could just shove our review system full of 5-star reviews and brag about our high Google rating, but what fun would that be?

One of our many missions is to create a content-rich review system designed to help other shoppers make an informed choice on the products they purchase by generating quality content directly from people who have used them.

Whether your review is a 1-star or a 5-star, your voice matters. As long as your review follows these rules, they will not be removed: 

1. Do not post advertisements, promotions, or other commercial content.
2. Do not post links of any sort, including ones that link to our own site.
3. Do not use excessive language that is blatantly racist, sexist, or otherwise defamatory.

If you are posting a review on a product without purchasing it, be sure to be as descriptive as possible. We may reject unverified reviews if they do not provide enough insightful information. It's not required, but we strongly suggest mentioning why you like and dislike a product.. Unless it was a perfect fit for you!

Any review marked as a staff review is 100% genuine feedback from one of our great staff members from Love Shop. We strongly encourage our staff members to be transparent about the quality of the toys that we stock, and we find it imperative to allow them to voice their opinions on products that they have tried themselves.
